Three Perfect Examples of Free Loyalty Program Software

Loyalty programs are integral to business expansion and growth of sales. Today, most programs are centred around Free Loyalty Program Software to offer their customers a hassle-free experience. While many famous names have tried to design unique and creative loyalty programs, a few have managed to do so exceptionally well. We take a look at three such examples:

Starbucks

With presence in over 70 countries and sales plummeting, in 2007 Starbucks came up with a $25 Gold Card loyalty program. However, soon this was replaced with a free for all rewards program, based on a simple and Free Loyalty Program Software. The three-tier program, ‘My Starbucks Rewards’, progressively rewards customers according to their purchases and has over 12 million devoted customers, despite a change of rules in 2016. ‘My Starbucks Rewards’ one of the first successful instances of an entirely app-based loyalty program which has been fused seamlessly with technology.

L’Oreal

L’Oreal, the leading cosmetics brand, managed to create a layered, meaningful and ‘worthwhile’ loyalty program for its customers. The ‘Worth It Rewards’ program gave three diverse ways to gather loyalty points: linkage to a retail loyalty card, submitting receipts and shopping online. However, what really made it a hit among the customers was an option to donate reward points to charities and non-profits associated with L’Oreal’s Women of Worth honorees. The fact that a Free Loyalty Program Software can allow you to save money, and also contribute to a charity, and truly make a difference, makes the ‘Worth It Rewards’ program by L’Oreal one of its kind.

Nordstrom

The famous fashion retailer issued loyalty cards in 2007 which could be used while making purchases online and in retail stores. Nordstrom's easy and multi-level rewards program became an instant hit owing to its simplicity. The levels are determined by the number of saved bonus points during one year, and those on a higher level enjoy exclusive privileges, offers and other benefits. Nordstrom made efficient use of the data generated by its customers and came up with premium offers, opportunities to get additional bonus points and discounts to woo customers in a comprehensive manner.
